16 focus no crank
battery is good
starter replaced old was bad
hazards came on and wouldnt turn off so i pulled the battery cables
all fuses and relays are good
fuel pump doesnt turn on and starter gets power to relay nothing after if i jump the terminal starter engages wont run due to no fuel
at the stealership and they said they dont know after 2 hours of "diagnostics"
sounds like an immobilizer circuit issue to me
any ideas or has anyone run into this issue
