I have a 2017 Ford Focus SE Hatchback (Audio stays Muted?)

There are no mute controls on the steering wheel and when I click the unmute button on the radio it highlights it and then if you hit it again it does nothing and if you hold it down it says Audio Muted? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't know how to fix your problem. Mine (2017 Focus SE Hatch) mutes after start up sometimes. Initially I thought because when the vehicle is in reverse it automatically mutes the audio sound as a safety feature. I noticed that it doesn't do that all the time so I don't what makes it do it at all.
