backup camera and heated seat stopped working at the same time

Hi,

Ford focus 2015. SE sedan

The heated seat button started coming on and then immediately goes back off and the backup camera says it can't connect.
I took the fuses out and looked at them and they all show fine.
When I started it back up - they both worked fine.

I turned it off and came inside - next time I went back out and started the car - the same problem - the heated seat button comes on and then goes right back off and the backup camera says "cannot connect to camera".

any suggestions?
