Bolt location

So recently I was changing my transmission in my 2007 Ford Focus SES I've removed the intake manifold, remove the starter, remove the transmission, remove the battery brackets, and I got two bolts that are threaded on both ends and I don't know where they go! Any help would be greatly appreciated! I went to my local parts store try to figure out where they're going but not coming up with anything.
