04 ford focus ztec

So I have a 04 focus ztec I believe a 2.0l DOHC but I'm trying to figure out if I have the zx4 zx4 or zx5 modle dose anyone know away to tell I can't find any labels telling me and Is there any real difference in them? Any help is very much appreciated.

to my knowledge zx3 is hatchback (2 door) , zx4 is sedan, (4 door) while zx5 is like a wagon (4door /w hatchback) but im also new to focuses as well. hope this helped
