Ford 2.0 dtci 2017 non crank after flywheel replacement

Hey guys have ford 2107 galaxy 2.0 tdci automatic transmission car wont crank after replacing flywheel, but crank at the starter motor manualy, and this morning start in the switch button ,but after couldn’t start at all replaced starter motor and ecu and updated software and body control module comes green on Ford dealer machine still same and I’m getting random fault code which isn’t related to non start (C0040-12 pedal switch circuit)(B108A-24 start button-signal stuck high)any idea could start this car ? Thanks
