Horn probs

Howdy all, new here.. my new-to-me 2015 focus se has this odd issue where the horn honks 3 quick Times when I turn the power on. Everything else works perfectly. I bought it from Carvana and the delivery driver said it had just started that morn and was likely due to a bad key battery, well I put 2 different batteries in to no avail. The dealership was completely perplexed and wanted to keep it for two weeks while their ‘specialists’ worked on it but I sorta need the thing so I’ve just been dealing with it..but I’m getting sick’n fookin tired of it!! Only thing that I can think of is the alarm, but I’m not sure how to finnick with the alarm system, or possibly the clock spring (?) either way I could use some help/advice here folks

Never heard of this issue before, the newer Focus will honk twice if it doesn't sense the key in the car but not three times.
