Ignition wine

After installing the metra install kit and rap module with my jvc arsenal single din dvd touch screen radio and running my 3 sets of rcas to my eclipse ea4000 4 channel and my orion 2500d. I now get ignition wine or noise through my speakers. It's not alternator wine cause it does it with koeo. Anyone else have noise problems with 4 channel amp installs?
